RESERVATIONS
An advance deposit of 1/2 of the total bill for your stay guarantees your reservation. Balance is due upon arrival and we gladly accept MasterCard/Visa. Because we are a small inn, we ask that you notify us 14 days prior to your arrival of any changes or cancellations. We will gladly refund your deposit, less $10 process fee, if we are able to fill the entire vacancy due to the cancellation. Guest check-in time is 4-6 p.m. (unless prearranged for another time) and check-out is by 11 a.m. From June lst through August 31st week-end stays are a minimum of two nights, although, one night stays may be accepted after noon the day prior to the day of stay if suite is available. Written conformations will be mailed or faxed upon reservation requests.
For the safety of all our guests the Inn is Non-Smoking.

The town of La Veta is located at the base of the Spanish Peaks and is part of the Highway of Legends. The natural attractions will call you to enjoy the great outdoor splendor and peacefulness of the Colorado Mountains.
Sweeping plains and mountain landscapes provide an array of activities including: Golfing at Grandote Peaks Golf Club (a Weiskopf Morrish Design course), hiking, biking, stream & lake fishing, horseback riding and jeeping. The winter season brings downhill & cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling.
I-25 to Walsenberg, West on US Hwy 160 to CO Hwy 12 (Highway of Legends) to La Veta. At Francisco St turn left (east) three blocks.
